Meet The Team
Ian played soccer including division 1 NCAA and overseas, he realized his real passion was in the strength and conditioning aspect of the sport.
Ian opened his first gym and started competing in Crossfit in 2010 at the Age of 18. Ian has competed in 8 Regionals and 2 Crossfit Games. Ian served as the GM of the NPGL New York Rhinos and Head Coach at ICE NYC. Graduating from NYU with a degree in Sports Management.
Fitness is my lifestyle and I am constantly on the pursuit of exploring my own limits as well as performance/lifestyle optimization.
The opportunity to coach and help others achieve their goals is what fuels me.
Amy has 13 plus years experience in the fitness industry. From owning a gym in her homeland Australia, to traveling with personal clients all over the globe. Amy has spent the past 7 years assisting New York gyms with brand management, renovation and coaching development.
A former CrossFit seminar staff coach and athlete, Amy has competed in 6 CF Games, 10 regionals, 3 NPGL seasons and medaled as a national level weightlifter.
Amy is wife to owner Ian and mother to their son Koda.

Originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico, Joel Febus was brought up with a cyclist father who was responsible for sparking his initial passion for athletics and being outdoors. He immersed himself in everything sports-related, playing tennis, mountain biking, and excelling in track and field. Joel decided to take a personal training position in 2004 at NYSC Astoria, to make extra cash while attending college. However his passion for fitness prevailed, and he turned it into a full-time career.
I trained clients in NYSC Astoria for 14 years, as well as Punch Fitness NY, a boxing gym in the Upper East side. I decided to join Crossfit Queens in 2018 with a talented team where I dived further with Crossfit training. Leading a healthy lifestyle is my passion and sharing this with others is my focus; There is nothing better than hearing how I have motivated and assisted my clients on their journey in unlocking their full mental and physical potential.
Chloe Bailey has always lived here in Mount Pleasant and is starting her fitness coaching career as an intern at PWR. She is on the Division 1 Women’s Soccer team at Charleston Southern University majoring in Psychology and minoring in Kinesiology. In addition to playing soccer from the age of 6 she also pole vaulted at the varsity level for four years. She focuses her energy and motivation on the strength and endurance training to accomplish the physical and mental benefits.
I have always loved training both on and off the field with incorporating both weights and endurance training. I fell in love with constantly challenging and pushing my self to work harder because I love the continuous challenge. I am very passionate to help others find motivation, confidence, and strength in themselves as well as their training.

No complicated, technical lifting moves you have to learn. Just an awesome workout. Tried a lot of gyms but these guys stand well above the field.
Highly recommend this gym! Ian and Joel are great, super motivating. The facility is awesome and has a great vibe. Already seeing the results after a couple weeks.
So excited for this gym to open up! Got to go to a class during their soft opening, Ian and Joel did a fantastic job making everyone feel welcomed and walking us through the workout! They made sure everyone was able to get in a good workout and not be intimidated with any of the movements.
